英语改错题（an important economically resource）

问题描述
Herads of migrating caribou, members of the deer family arc an important economically resource to Inuits and other Native Americans.
这两处划线部分可改，答案把 economically 改成了 economical，说形容词修饰名词，这个我懂，可是前面已经有个 important 了啊！没有连接词，可以直接并列在一起么？我的想法是把 important 和 economically 顺序互换，变成副词修饰形容词 important。请教下大家，这道题我的问题出在哪里？到底该怎么改呢？谢谢！

你混淆了两个形容词做定语时的所确定的层次关系。这里economical 是 resource
的定语，而 important 是这个名词词组 economical resource 的定语。实际上，important修饰一个较为固定的带有定语的名词词组还是比较常见的：
The planned general strike represents an important economic challenge to the government. 这场有计划的总罢工是政府面临的一个重大经济挑战。
Charlton are about to play an important away match. 查尔顿队即将在客场进行一场重要比赛。
It’s an important home match.这是场重要的主场比赛。
后两句中的 away / home 都为形容词。
