请问主语从句中的what是不是在从句中作为happening的逻辑主语？
What the company needs to avoid happening in the future is sales decreasing if clients stop feeling they're getting that treatment from happy, motivated staff here.
也就是 stop sb (from) doing sth的结构?

作者可能疏忽了，误将this看作宾语，造了一个what从句，将this隐含到what里了。结果成了一个病句。
其实这个句子去掉happenning就可以了。意思不变，结构正确。
