句首的不定式是目的状语还是条件状语

To get tickets, you have to book in advance. 你若想弄到票，你必须要提前预订。
To get into university you have to pass a number of examinations. 你如果想进入大学学习，你必须通过一系列考试。
请问句首的不定式是什么状语？是目的状语还是条件状语？请老师们解答一下，谢谢！

应该是目的状语。动词不定式作目的状语可以放在句首，也可以不放在句首。
动词不定式作条件状语有限制。
李紹基编著的《英语非谓语动词》（译林出版社198年12月第1版）P68认为：动词不定式短语有时也可用来表示一定条件，其产生的结果往往带有虚拟或主观推断的性质，因此句中的谓语动词前常用should， would， could， must等词。例如：
To hear him talk, you would think he owned the whole world.
To look at him, you could hardly help laughing.
To listen to him, you should think that no problem whatever existed.
To judge by her reaction,she must deeply felt angry at your remarks.
张道真编著的《英语语法大全》上册（外语教学与研究出版社1998年8月第1版）P711则认为：作状语的不定式表示条件时，谓语中常包含will, shall, should, would, must, can 或could这样的助动词。例如：
One will get into trouble to attempt such a business.
To say such a clever thing,he can't be a fool.

作“目的状语”，是动词不定式的一个主要语法功能。表面看，你提供的句子好像是条件状语，尽管翻译成条件“若要怎样，如果怎样”，但实际上还是表目的。尤其是，为了突出和强调目的性，把不定式置于句首。这时，不定式肯定表示目的。只要能在不定式前加in order或so as时，那么，这个不定式一定是目的状语，（但so as to do不可位于句首）。
They have had to work hard to live a normal life. 为了过上正常的生活，他们不得不拼命干活。
（不定式to live a normal life显然是work hard的目的状语。）
She did all she could to save the child.她尽了最大努力去就那个孩子。
(In order) to ensure success, we must make a complete and thorough plan.为了保证成功，我们必须要有一个周密的计划。
The speaker raised her voice (so as) to make herself heard.为了让别人听见，演讲者提高了嗓门儿。
动词不定式没有条件状语这个用法（或术语），有时看起来好像是个条件，但一般都归到原因状语。这时，不定式往往放在表示心理活动或情绪的形容词的后面，表示产生某种情绪或状态的原因。
【注意】以下句子的不定式因为不是目的状语，不能前置句首。
I am much honoured to be invited to speak here.我很荣幸应邀在这里讲话。
I am delighted to receive your email.收到你的电子邮件我很高兴。
I am sorry to hear your mother is ill.听说你母亲生病我很难过。
You will feel ashamed to fail the exam again.你考试再失败会感到羞愧的。
He will regret to do it. 做那件事他会后悔的。
